    When we get your payment, we will arrange your order within 24 hours and email you tracking number as soon as possible. Normally, you will receive our tracking number in 48 hours. If you don't receive your tracking number in 48 hours, Please contact us by: jerseysoutlet2013@hotmail.com. Before contacting us, please check your spam or junk folder first. It may take up to 48 hours before your package is checked into the carrier's tracking system.

    Economy Shipping method(Posten-Swedish Postal Service): about 7 working days;

    Return/Exchange Policy:

    (1) The merchandise can be returned for a refund or exchange for some certain reason, such as the items badly damaged or mistake, within 30 days from shipping date in the same condition as we shipped .After 30 days, we cant accept the merchandise to be returned neither for a refund or exchange because of the merchandise may be out of time already, we cant sell them again.

    (2) Refunds will be issued based on the original payment.

    (3) For return the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. Exchanges can be made among the same items you prefer in our website.
